TVC-Core

Introduction

TVC-Core is an asbestos free, non-combustible insulation material produced mainly from specially treated vermiculite, manufactured in accordance with an accredited ISO 9002 quality management system.

Approvals

TVC-Core fire rated door sets have been fire tested in many countries, to achieve fire resistance levels from 30 minutes to 4 hours. There are many of approvals in accordance with AS 1530.4-2005, AS/NZS 1905.1-2005, BS476.20 & 22-1987 and China GB 14101-93 for both steel and timber door leaves in both steel and timber door frames built into all types of fire rated walls.
